Saturday's beginners class is a great 30 min intro to Pilates mat-work.
You'll start with the fundamentals and progressively add on the more challenging moves.
Wednesday and Friday classes are for intermediate/advanced students with prior training.

Patty Vezzetti's instruction is exceptionally clear and detailed. Her easy-to-understand cuing guides you to learn about your core through breath and control while showing you the Pilates basics.
Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920's. It is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It's also helpful in releasing anxiety and reducing stress.

Instructor Jenni Olsen-Six gently guides your through connecting each movement to every breath helping you to build strength, improve flexibility, burn calories, and energize your body and mind.
Originating from India, yoga uses physical postures (asanas) combined with breath work (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) to improve overall well-being. All levels of ability are welcome in this class. We meet you where you are and do the yoga that works for your body.
LOW IMPACT CARDIO
Enjoy this fun low impact cardio class as you move through a variety of exercises.
This class is designed for active older adults to increase muscular strength and range of movement as well as cardio vascular fitness to help with activities of daily living.
Unlimited workouts. One low price! With a purchase of a monthly membership you are given unlimited access to new weekly Pilates or yoga pre-recorded classes for the whole month with our wonderful instructors. The classes can be viewed more than once on your own time and will range in format and levels. Videos are available through a private Facebook group that you will be invited to join once you register or through our class registration system for those who are not connected to Facebook.
